REFUND POLICY

(Website and SOM Mobile App)

1. App Store Purchases (iOS Mobile App)

IMPORTANT: All subscriptions and in-app purchases made within the iOS mobile application are processed exclusively by Apple via StoreKit. SOM does not have access to your Apple billing information and does not have the technical ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions. If you wish to request a refund for an iOS purchase, you must do so directly through Apple Support (via reportaproblem.apple.com) in accordance with Apple’s standard refund policies. The review process described below applies exclusively to Web payments made directly on our Website.

2. Web Purchases Refund Conditions

Funds paid for Services on the Website are generally non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases specified below. A refund is possible upon the occurrence of one of the following conditions:

  • If you paid for the service but did not receive it due to the fault of the Platform (technical failure, inoperability of the Platform). In this case, compensation is provided by granting one free service equal to the paid one, or, if you do not intend to use the Platform in the future, you may request a refund.

  • If you paid for the service twice by mistake.

In all other cases, web refunds are not provided.

We highly recommend that when making a payment, you carefully check the purpose of the payment (choice of service, choice of platform for the giveaway, etc.), payment details, and other data regarding the selected service.

3. Application and Review Process (For Web Payments Only)

Refunds are issued after we make a decision regarding your request, taking into account the review period specified below.

A refund is possible only if the Customer has not violated any clauses of the Terms of Use during the period of using the SOM Service.

Refunds are made on the basis of a preliminary application from the Customer, which must indicate the reasons for the return, the date of the payment, and the date and time when you were unable to receive the service.

The application review period is up to 10 business days from the date of its receipt by SOM. The application must be submitted on the day you were unable to receive the service for technical reasons; otherwise, we will not be able to determine the exact cause of the failure and will not be able to approve your application.

Your application must include:

  • I. The Instagram and/or YouTube page/channel where the Giveaways were held or planned to be held, payment details necessary to identify the payer and paid services, and the date and time when you could not receive the service;

  • II. A detailed description of the problem and the reason for the refund request;

  • III. Preferred resolution method: provision of the same service in the future for free, or a financial refund.

4. Procedure for Reviewing Refund Applications

Each application is reviewed individually, on a first-come, first-served basis, within the time limits specified above. The manager handling the refund will provide you with information about the status of your application.

Once your refund application is approved, the manager will notify you. The actual refund process may take several weeks, depending on the bank’s payment processing methods and other reasons.

5. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a web refund:

  • If the user requested a refund later than 10 days from the moment of an erroneous double payment, or later than 1 day from the moment they could not receive the service due to technical reasons;

  • If you did not indicate the refund method in the application, or if the requested refund method differs from the original payment method;

  • In case of your violation of the requirements of current legislation, the Terms of Use, or the use of the SOM service for illegal and prohibited actions;

  • If the reason for the refund is not specified.

6. Refund Execution

Refunds are issued using the exact same payment method used to pay for the Services. We always return funds only to the payment method from which we received the funds. For example, if you paid for the Service with a VISA/MASTERCARD, the refund can only be issued to the same VISA/MASTERCARD. Refund processing times depend on the payment method used.

When processing a refund, a service fee or a bank/payment system commission for the refund may be withheld from the total amount to be refunded.
