FAQ
FAQ about comment export
What does comment export in SOM do?
You connect Instagram or Facebook via Meta Login, or TikTok via official TikTok Login, paste a link to your post/video, and get a username list or CSV with text and date. Then you can pick winners in the randomizer and download a Stories certificate.
Is this official Meta and TikTok access?
Yes. For Instagram and Facebook, export uses the official Meta Graph API and Meta Login (you need access to the post via your connected account — Instagram Business / Creator or Facebook Page). For TikTok — official TikTok API and TikTok Login; SOM is an official TikTok partner.
Which platforms are supported?
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. For YouTube and Threads, use a regular comment giveaway on the SOM homepage or the list randomizer.
How many accounts can I connect?
Up to 100 Instagram Business / Creator and Facebook Pages in one SOM profile, plus TikTok via official TikTok Login. Need more — message support on Telegram.
How is export different from a comment giveaway?
A comment giveaway loads comments (from a link or official APIs) and picks winners in SOM right away. Export gives you a file or username list for later: your own randomizer, spreadsheets, archive, or a public certificate after picking in SOM.
Ready to export comments?
Connect Meta or TikTok, export CSV or usernames, and pick winners in a minute.
